Appendix to the Public Offer

1. General information about the service:

According to the information below, we compensate each hour of lack of access to the proxy connection, except when possible downtime was reported no later than 12 hours before it occurred. Compensation is credited upon user request within 72 hours from the moment of outage. Since the Internet is a network of different networks, we are not responsible for failures in the operation of equipment of various Internet service providers.

2. Information about the support service and availability of internet services.

2.1. General information about support service operation.

Support operates from 11:00 AM to 02:00 AM Eastern Time (ET). Requests are accepted via the technical support chat on the gb.lteboost.com website. When submitting a request via the technical support chat, you will receive a response within 24 hours.

2.2. Availability of internet services.

To limit fraudulent actions by potential buyers, we have decided to block some internet resources when connecting to them through our proxy connections. These include classifieds platforms, banking and payment system websites, and betting services. The list is updated and is not final. We comply with the laws of the United States and require compliance from customers. If we detect offenses or crimes committed through our proxy connection, user data such as email, name, account id, and location may be transferred to United States law enforcement authorities.

2.3. Use of discount coupons and promo codes.

- Under the agreement, the site owner publishes information about a trading company (its offered goods) and coupons for purchasing goods. A coupon confirms the right of an individual to enter into a retail sale contract on preferential terms (with a discount) with a company that cooperates with the partner site owner. Thus, coupon users are individuals purchasing goods for personal, family, household, or other needs not related to entrepreneurial activity.

- The Seller may provide Customers with discount coupons and/or promo codes granting a discount when purchasing goods or services.

- The discount size, procedure for receipt, terms of use, and validity period for each coupon or promo code are set by the Seller and published on the site or communicated to the Customer by other means.

- A coupon/promo code applies only when placing an order and entering the corresponding code in the designated field. The discount cannot be applied after payment.

- The Seller reserves the right to change the terms of providing discounts, suspend or terminate coupons/promo codes unilaterally without prior notice to Customers.

- In case of disputes regarding discount terms, the information published on the site at the time of order is determinative.

2.4. Service "Traffic purchase per GB"

- The "Traffic purchase per GB" service (not a monthly proxy purchase service) is non-refundable.

- The Provider is responsible for availability and proper operation of the Customer’s paid traffic for 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of purchase.

- After this period, the Provider is not responsible for possible loss, unavailability, blocking, or unused traffic balance, regardless of reasons, including technical failures, infrastructure changes, external restrictions, or service termination.

- Any traffic remaining after 30 days is not subject to restoration, compensation, or transfer, and paid funds are non-refundable.
